•Fresh ginger, finely chopped
•Fresh garlic, pressed
•Broccoli crowns
•Carrot
•Onion
•Mushroom
•Kale or chard
•Asparagus spears
•Firm tofu
•Walnut and/or coconut oil
•Wheat-free tamari sauce
•Oyster sauce
•Fish sauce
Heat wok or pan to medium adding walnut and coconut oil (~2 tbsp). Chop all vegetables and add to wok with garlic and ginger. Saute until mushrooms and kale looks soft.
