Classic stir fry

 
  1. Fresh ginger, finely chopped

  2. Fresh garlic, pressed

  3. Broccoli crowns

  4. Carrot

  5. Onion

  6. Mushroom

  7. Kale or chard

  8. Asparagus spears

  9. Firm tofu

  10. Walnut and/or coconut oil

  11. Wheat-free tamari sauce

  12. Oyster sauce

  13. Fish sauce

  14. Heat wok or pan to medium adding walnut and coconut oil (~2 tbsp).  Chop all vegetables and add to wok with garlic and ginger.  Saute until mushrooms and kale looks soft.
