Hummus

 
  1. 2 (15 oz) cans organic garbanzo beans (drained)

  2. 2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  3. 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)

  4. 1/4 + cup chopped yellow onion

  5. 6 roasted cloves of garlic

  6. 1/2 + roasted bell pepper

  7. 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

  8. 2 teaspoon cumin

  9. 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  11. In a food processor combine all ingredients except 1 of the cans of garbanzo beans.  Puree.  Use the second can to adjust the thickness to preference.  Eat up!
