Hummus
•2 (15 oz) cans organic garbanzo beans (drained)
•2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
•1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
•1/4 + cup chopped yellow onion
•6 roasted cloves of garlic
•1/2 + roasted bell pepper
•2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
•2 teaspoon cumin
•1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
•1/2 teaspoon salt
In a food processor combine all ingredients except 1 of the cans of garbanzo beans. Puree. Use the second can to adjust the thickness to preference. Eat up!
