Morning smoothie

 
  1. 1 cup dark berries (frozen)

  2. 1 whole fruit (banana, apple, pear, etc.)

  3. 1-2 scoops protein powder (rice, hemp or whey) or 3 inch cube of silken tofu

  4. 1 scoop greens powder

  5. 1 tablespoon soy lecithin granules (bulk)

  6. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder (bulk)

  7. 1 tablespoon nutritional (brewer’s) yeast (bulk)

  8. 1-2 tablespoons freshly ground flax seed (bulk)

  9. 1/2 cup coconut milk

  10. Add rice or almond milk to desired consistency


To boost the anti-inflammatory activity:

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder


Add all ingredients together in blender.  Makes one large adult serving or two smaller servings.  This is the basic recipe for balanced healthy start to your morning. Feel free to modify and experiment according to your preference.
