Raw almonds (soaked)

 
  1. 4 cups almonds

  2. Sea salt (optional)

  3. Cover almonds in water and soak overnight.  Drain and rinse.  Blot dry with towel.  Spread single layer of almonds on cookie sheet.  Dehydrate or dry in oven on warm (~140˚F) for 10-12 hours (overnight) or until crunchy.  Store as snack.
