Salsa Mexicano

 
  1. 3 medium tomatoes

  2. 1 jalapeno pepper (remove seeds and membrane to reduce heat)

  3. 1 serrano pepper

  4. 1/2 medium sweet onion

  5. 1/2 medium red onion

  6. 1/2 cup (10 g) fresh cilantro

  7. 1-2 cloves fresh garlic

  8. 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper and sea salt (optional)


Place all ingredients in food processor.  Lightly pulse to desired consistency.  Serve with tortilla chips.
