Salsa Mexicano
•3 medium tomatoes
•1 jalapeno pepper (remove seeds and membrane to reduce heat)
•1 serrano pepper
•1/2 medium sweet onion
•1/2 medium red onion
•1/2 cup (10 g) fresh cilantro
•1-2 cloves fresh garlic
•1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper and sea salt (optional)
Place all ingredients in food processor. Lightly pulse to desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips.
