Tofu fruit smoothie

 
  1. 1/2 cup (100 g) lite tofu

  2. 1 small banana (100 g)

  3. 1 cup (160 g) pineapple

  4. 1 orange (130 g), peeled and halved

  5. 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes


Place all ingredients in blender.  Blend until smooth.  Serve immediately.
