Water for life

  1. How much water do you drink everyday?  Did you know our bodies are over 2/3 water?  And that the average adult loses up to 3 quarts (12 glasses) of water daily?

  2. If you are like 85% of the U.S. population you drink less than 4 glasses of water a day.  This means you are walking around dehydrated!

  3. Adequate hydration is required by every cell of our body in order to function properly.  Without sufficient water our physiological function declines and symptoms develop.  Dehydration is a major cause of a number of common health complaints including headaches, muscle cramps and soreness, dizziness, constipation, poor memory, dry skin, poor physical stamina and fatigue.

  4. Water for Life is an interactive seminar that will educate you about the significant role water plays in your health.

  5. You will also learn about contaminants in ground water, public water supplies, what contaminants are regulated by the EPA, and how water utilities are struggling to meet the minimum standards.

  6. Buying bottled water?  How much are your paying for your bottled water and do you know what is in it?  Learn the regulations for bottled water and how you may be paying for something more contaminated than ordinary tap water.

  7. Thinking about a water filter?  Unsure of which one to buy?  Learn some basic criteria for choosing an effective and economical filter that will protect your health and save you money.

  8. Want to be prepared for the unexpected?  Learn how to store and obtain safe drinking water in the event that tap water is unavailable.

  9. During our Water for Life seminars you will learn all of this and more!
