Need a prescription refill? The first step is to contact your pharmacy and request the refill!
If refills remain the pharmacy will simply fill the prescription for you. If no refills remain, or your prescription has expired, contacting the pharmacy is still your first step.
Refill – This continues an existing prescription. Prescriptions eligible for refill can be refilled simply by contacting your pharmacy.
Renewal – This is when you have no refills remaining or your prescription has expired. Please allow at least 48 hours for the renewal request to reach our office. Once we receive the renewal request our standard timeline of 5 business days for processing prescription refills applies.
Once the pharmacy receives the request they will contact our office directly with any questions.

Urgent prescription refill request? We try our best to assist with urgent needs, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your request in less than 5 business days.
Some medications require laboratory testing and/or an office visit with the prescribing physician. Please be understanding if additional steps are required for your prescription.
There will be times when our office is closed for holidays, workshops, or business retreats. We will send out notifications to our patients of these closures, so please be aware of these notifications and request refills before you run out!
