In order to effectively address fatigue you must understand where your fatigue is coming from. Our modern world and lifestyle present a number of challenges and insults that negatively impact energy levels that can ultimately become ongoing fatigue. We look at all of these factors including hormones, anemia, toxicity, infection, food or chemical sensitivity, nutrient status, and energetic fields.
